Three members of the management team at Micura Services Limited have been honoured with Special Recognition Awards by the Nigerian Economic Growth Forum (NEGF) in recognition of their contributions, meritorious service and commitment to professional excellence.
The recipients are Mr. Eli Aseminachi, Group Head, Human Resources and Administration; Mr. Peter Eteberino, General Manager, Ports and Jetties; and Mr. Bayo Ogunfuyi, General Manager, Logistics and Distribution. The awards were presented on Saturday, 10 October 2026, during the NEGF 9th Anniversary Lecture and Awards held in Ikeja, Lagos.
The ceremony was organised as part of activities commemorating Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary and brought together stakeholders to reflect on economic growth, national development and retirement sustainability. The NEGF Special Recognition Awards 2026 acknowledged the recipients for their contributions, meritorious service, sacrifices and impact through excellent performance.
The awards also highlighted their commitment to professionalism and outstanding service delivery, describing these qualities as a source of inspiration and pride to their organisation. For Micura Services Limited, the recognition of three members of its management team reflects the value of dedication, professional responsibility and the contributions individuals make towards organisational growth and effective service delivery.
Each recipient plays a role in supporting the company’s operations and objectives, contributing to the coordination of people, resources and processes across different areas of the business. Mr. Eli Aseminachi — Group Head, Human Resources and Administration, oversees the human resources and administrative functions that support the organisation’s workforce and internal operations. His recognition highlights his service and contribution to the company.
Mr. Peter Eteberino — General Manager, Ports and Jetties, his award recognises his contributions in the area of ports and jetties, a key part of Micura Services Limited’s maritime operations. And Mr. Bayo Ogunfuyi — General Manager, Logistics and Distribution was recognised for his contributions to logistics and distribution, supporting the coordination and delivery of the company’s services.
The awards were presented during the Nigerian Economic Growth Forum’s ninth anniversary celebration, which featured a lecture themed “Life After Retirement: Sustainability Challenges and Prospects.” Held at Presken Hotels and Resorts Ltd., Ikeja, Lagos, the event provided a platform for discussions around economic development, retirement planning and the sustainability challenges facing individuals after their active working years.
