Born on 5th August, 1972 by his parents, late Pastor Donyabi Gaius and late Mrs. Donyabi Regina of Warri North Local Government Area,. Delta State. 

He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate [FSLC] in 2005 at Beautiful Ones Nursery and Primary School, Ajegunle-Apapa, Lagos and his WASSC and GCE in 2010 at Government College Lagos, Eric Moore.

In 2013, he proceeded to Accounting Technicians Scheme of West Africa [ATSWA] where he obtained his certificate as a member of the Associate of Accounting Technicians [AAT] in 2015 and in 2017, he obtained his professional certificate as a member of Associate of Chartered Accountants [ACA] at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ICAN].

In 2020, he obtained his first degree in Accounting, second class upper division at University of Lagos [UNILAG], Akoka, Lagos. He is a member of the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst [FMVA] and he has attended series of seminars both in accounting and other disciplines.

He has worked in so many establishments which includes the followings: In 2011, he worked at Global Top Industries [LG Electronics] as a store keeper, Solomon Osunba & Co [Chartered Accountants] as an Audit trainee in 2014, to Audit Senior in 2019. Later in 2019, he resumed at Onyema Osueke & Co [Chartered Accountants] as the Head of Tax Department.

He is currently a lecturer in Equitorial Tutors Limited, an ICAN Tutorial Centre as the Lead lecturer in Advanced Taxation and Taxation, one of the administrators of UNILAG-DLI Tax club [2020 set] and coordinator of the Safe Associates Limited [ACA May 2017 set] group

In 2021, he joined Micura Services Limited as an Internal Auditor and he is currently the Financial Controller at Micura Services Limited.
