Micura Services Limited has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement with the successful completion of its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) recertification audit.
The audit, conducted by a six-member team from the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) on Friday, October 10th 2025, covered a comprehensive review of Micura’s management system, departmental processes, and documentation across a three-year period.
The SON auditors meticulously reviewed both documentation and practical implementation of QMS standards across multiple departments, including:
Administration Department
Accounts Department
Operations Department
Logistics Department
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Information Technology (IT)
They also assessed the head office premises to ensure compliance with workplace safety, operational standards, and environmental practices.
Following the in-depth audit, Micura Services Limited was commended for maintaining high compliance levels, robust documentation, and a strong culture of teamwork and quality consciousness across all departments.
One of the major highlights of the audit was that no non-conformities were found which is a clear validation of Micura’s commitment to maintaining its operational integrity and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards.
This exceptional outcome means that Micura Services Limited has officially been recommended for recertification, reaffirming its position as a trusted industry leader in stevedoring, bulk bagging, warehousing, and logistics operations in Nigeria’s maritime sector.
Following the successful audit, the Managing Director, on behalf of the company’s management, extended his heartfelt appreciation to all staff for their dedication, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the audit process.
